We are a fun group of gals who enjoy riding!  We welcome all levels and are a no pressure group!  we try to encourage and motivate each other as we develop as riders!  we try to explore new places together!  and, we just like having fun and being active!   

We are a group of trail runners that enjoy running on the dirt and exploring the incredible trail network around Sacramento without having to drive to Folsom or Auburn. There are fantastic singletrack trails along the American River, we are looking to introduce people to these and other trails in the area where we all live.
